Novelty cakes are made with Madeira sponge, covered with butter cream and fondant icing.  Strawberry jam filling is available if requested. Your madeira sponge cake can be flavoured with your choice of lemon, vanilla, chocolate, coffee or almond.

Most of my novelty cakes feed a minimum of 35. I cannot offer exact dimensions for all cakes as they are sculputed free hand and hand decorated. Novelty cakes cannot be made any smaller as a lot of detail would be lost but they can be made larger and more detail added if required.
